PoliciesAbout us
The Galway Film Fleadh is committed to delivering a Festival that is accessible to everyone and it takes great care to ensure that our programme and overall festival experience are delivered in a dignified manner.  We also aim to offer a programme and service that’s integrated, allowing all an equal opportunity to participate in and benefit from the festival.
As we move to our new venue configuration, including the Pálas, we will actively continue to identify, remove and prevent barriers to people with disabilities participating in all areas of the festival.  For questions and comments regarding accessibility at the Festival please email . If you have any requirements, please make sure to tell us or the Town Hall theatre when you’re booking
You can purchase tickets for both venues (through our website or or call our box office on +353 91 569777.  If you require spaces for mobility devices, such as a wheelchair or scooter, or spaces for a support person or service animal please advise the box office at the Town Hall when booking for either Town Hall Tickets or Pálás tickets.
Every reasonable effort is made to ensure that all venues are fully accessible to people with disabilities.  As this is not always possible, please check with the box office or directly with each venue.  All of our screening venues are wheelchair accessible and have wheelchair accessible toilets.  However, some venues (for panel & discussions etc) may not be easily accessible for wheelchairs or have wheelchair accessible toilets.
